If you have error problem with ucrtbase.terminate where api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing in c:\windows\system32 , it is because of virus , what you need to do is clean the virus first and then download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 , here :
